We have also tried the recommendations in this link. Checked all available windows updates are loaded. We have already removed and reinstalled the latest version of Adobe. When testing by opening these same pdf files on a colleagues device it works with no problems.Īlso when opening these pdfs using Bluebeam (pdf colab program) it works again with no problems.
We tried a few different pdfs but the same issue. Images in the pdf docs are loading extremely slow. Since this morning the user complained that when opening any pdf on their device, no matter the size. We have an issue on a client's machine with Adobe Acrobat DC.
